Affiliate Marketing Terms and Conditions

Introduction
Welcome, at RFisheries Affiliate Program, by joining, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
- You must have a valid email address and payment method for commission payouts.
- We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.
Commission Structure
- Affiliates will earn a [6]% commission on each successful sale made through their unique referral link ( direct link) and 1% for every successful sale made through the unique referral link of their introduced affiliate -20
- Commissions are only awarded for completed transactions (i.e., orders that are not canceled, refunded, or disputed).
- Commissions will be tracked through our system, and payments will be made on a [biweekly] basis.
Payment Terms
- Payouts are made via the approved platform at the required time.
- Payments are processed on the last day of each each week.
- If fraudulent activity is detected, payments may be withheld or reversed.
Promotional Guidelines
- Affiliates may promote RFisheries products via blogs, social media, email marketing, or personal websites.
- False advertising, misleading claims, or unauthorized discounts are strictly prohibited.
- Affiliates must not use paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) bidding on “RFisheries” or related brand keywords.
- Spamming, unethical marketing, or misleading tactics will result in immediate termination.
Use of RFisheries Brand Assets
- Affiliates may use RFisheries-approved banners, logos, and content for promotional purposes.
- Any modifications to branding materials must be approved in writing.
Termination of Agreement
- Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
- If terminated due to a breach of these terms, the affiliate forfeits any unpaid commissions.
Limitation of Liability
- RFisheries is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from participation in the affiliate program.
- We do not guarantee specific earnings or performance results.
Governing Law
- This agreement is governed by the Nigeria laws.
- Any disputes shall be resolved in the govern laws jurisdiction.
